Acceptance

By accessing Cove, you agree to these terms. Cove is a private platform operated by GrowDirect Inc. for the West Portuguese Bend Community Association. Access is limited to current WPBCA members.

Eligibility

Access requires an active WPBCA membership tied to a parcel within Tract 14649, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. Your account is associated with your lot, not your person. Upon transfer of ownership, access is revoked and reassigned to the new owner.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cove only for lawful community governance purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to access another member's account or voting record
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other members
• Circumvent secret ballot separation or election integrity controls

Governance Records

Actions taken on Cove — votes cast, documents uploaded, proposals submitted — constitute official WPBCA governance records subject to the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act (California Civil Code §4000 et seq.). These records may be retained indefinitely and disclosed as required by law.

No Warranty

Cove is provided as-is. GrowDirect Inc. and WPBCA make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowDirect Inc. and WPBCA are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use Cove.

Changes

These terms may be updated by the WPBCA board. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
